Industrial Moulds
FEMCO offers complex mould structure moulding solutions for custom design of industrial large size mould. The tooling size of FEMCO can reach extremely big sizes to reach specifications needed for water treatment parts, construction plastic parts mould etc.
- Industrial garbage bin mould: 60L, 120L bucket, tank or box mould. FEMCO has large CNC tooling equipment for large capacity injection moulds for various garbage bins, trash bins, buckets etc.
- Pallet container mold : for fruit storage in farms and logistics large container boxes pallets sizing 1200x1000x1000mm, 1300x1100x1000. Pallet box moulding with ventilation and close version interchangeable.
- Gas-assisted injection moulding: It is applicable for components with thick sections. Gas-assisted injection moulding can reduce the weight and reinforce the plastic components afters its moulding finish.

Custom Precision Plastic Injection Mould Manufacturing Services
We are providing Custom Precision Mold Manufacturing Services. we make the tooling according to your demand of tooling specification (as what mould standard using) what size machine to be adapt your machine, what material and shrinkage using, what injection cycle time. Mould life requirement, regarding these issues you can follow our tooling specification sheet to be known if you don’t understand about that). Normally, the manufacturing period is from 15 days to 60 days which depend on the part size, mould structure complex or not, accuracy and mould expected lifespan.
